The life of steel frames is about 7 years, aluminum frames have been serving 25 years. The profile holds the door leaf and ensures its movement along the guides. Door canvases can be selected from laminated or covered with veneer chipboard. The canvases of MDF, the facade of which is decorated with bright juicy paint look very good. You can use as a mirror canvas for visual expansion of the room, and glass – for the embodiment of design intransuctions. Mandatory element of sliding doors of the wardrobe-sliding system (rolling). The rollers built into the horizontal profile allows the door leafs to move smoothly and almost silently along the guides. Doors can be fixed in two ways. 1. Use the floor rolling mechanism. In the lower door profile, there are videos with a bearing mechanism that move the canvas along the guide floor located on the floor. The wheels of the upper guide hold the door from the fall. 2. Upper, sliding system. The guide is located at the top, and the door leaf is attached to it with the help of rollers. This requires a stable and rigid design of the wardrobe and a perfectly leveled ceiling, which will be a supporting. Having selected the design of the door, measure the opening and calculate the dimensions of the canvas, profile and guides. Remember that the height of the canvas should be less than the height of the opening per 40 mm. The width of the door should include the necessary overlap with another door by 26-34 mm and correspond to the width of the opening. The sizes of profiles and guides must correspond to the size of the paintings and the opening. Rollers are selected depending on the selected rolling system. Having purchased the necessary materials for the manufacture of doors, proceed to work. On the selected canvas, install the profiles and rolling rollers according to the selected type of system selected. Then set the upper guides, strictly observing horizontalness using the level. Insert the top of the door into the far groove of the upper guide. Insert the lower rollers into the far groove of the lower guide. Together with the lower guide, move the door to a vertical position (in level). Check the quality of the door rolling from the rack to the rack and finally set the vertical. Now you can attach the lower guide screws to the floor. The remaining doors are installed similarly. Adjusting all the doors, check their unhindered rolling (sliding). If necessary, adjustment must be repeated.
