Varieties of siding panels

  • June 8, 2017

The bearing walls of the house have no decorative attractiveness, and therefore, after their construction, the entire external side of the building is finished using special facing materials for facade work. Such materials significantly ennoble the appearance of the house, but in addition to this function, they also have a number of other useful properties – protect the walls of the house from moisture, provide a certain level of thermal insulation and protection from extraneous sounds from the street.

Nowadays, buyers very often prefer such a material for decoration of the facade as siding panels. Such material has a great appearance, it is easy to care for it. The panels have a certain composition, thanks to which they are not destroyed and are not deformed when exposed to negative temperatures, wind, precipitation.

Vinyl siding is most popular. Vinyl siding has a wide color scheme. Recently, siding has been produced, the appearance of which imitates a tree. The first siding panels were really made of natural wood, but since over time they invented more durable materials, the wooden siding stopped being in demand.

There is also a basement siding. The basement panels are more durable and are often used to finish the foundation of the building. The front part of the basement of the panel resembles the appearance of either brick or stone.

On sale you can also find siding, which is made of metal. Such siding perfectly protects the house from fire and moisture, because the metal does not participate in the process of combustion and is a waterproof material. Metal siding has a protective coating from corrosion.

According to the decision of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the terms of privatization of the apartment will not extend anymore, this process will end on the first of March this year. The privatization process lasted in the country for 20 years and significantly inhibited the construction of social housing. Citizens of Russia are not satisfied, the queues are still observed from those who want to privatize housing.
