Breeding monolithic concrete walls

  • October 30, 2017

Today, monolithic walls are a good alternative to brick during construction. They are not inferior to him either in strength, nor in durability, nor in thermal conductivity, but the cost of such construction is much lower. And in the production of the main material a mini -concrete factory can help.

As for the construction technology, it is very simple. The first thing to do is to install the formwork on the foundation, the shields of which must be fixed with washers or nuts. In this case, the formwork should be installed around the entire perimeter of the house. Before starting to fill it with concrete, you need to check all the fasteners and joints. They must be reliably attached.

After that, you can start pouring concrete. The most important thing here is to ensure a good tamping of the mixture, especially to this you need to pay attention to the corners of the structure. After the solution is completely dry, the formwork can be rearranged to the next level and pour over again. After complete wall filling on the outside, it is advisable to embrace them with bricks, but you can do this after the concrete dries, and this takes up to three weeks.

Monolithic walls can be poured with several types of concrete. And here is not the last place is a slag concrete. However, the strength of these walls depends on the amount of slag – the smaller it is, the stronger the walls will turn out. After preparing such concrete, it must be spent for no more than 2 hours.

The second type is expanded clay concrete. Here, instead of slag, expanded clay is used. The thickness of the walls in this case can be made 10 cm less than the thickness of the walls from the previous version, where it should be at least 60 cm.

And you can use opillacolor concrete as monolithic concrete. This is fireproof and environmentally friendly material, but he needs good waterproofing. After the construction of the wall, it is necessary to cover with brick. If there is no desire to interfere with the solution independently, then a concrete production plant can help in this, which is in almost every city.
