Almost everyone is known to the field kitchen: she is familiar to someone from films about the war, someone goes on the day of victory to eat soldier’s porridge, someone read about her, and someone met her more than once during military service. One way or another, the field kitchen is not in vain firmly entered the life of even a civilian population. For example, it will be able to ensure the nutrition of workers at the construction site as nothing else due to its mobility and independence from the usual coolants familiar to modern city person. Consider two models of field kitchens, such as the field kitchen KP-125 and an analogue of the KP-130, which has been improved compared to it, and talk about their differences and advantages.
Field kitchen KP-125
This model is able to feed 125 people – about this and the numbers in the marking are indicated. The kitchen is equipped with three stainless steel boilers. The model is designed in such a way that it is convenient not only to cook food, but also to transport all equipment to a new place. You can transport such a field kitchen as a trailer. KP-125 can be supplemented with a field plate, while the number of fed people can reach two hundred people.
Field kitchen KP-130
This is a somewhat improved model KP-125. It is equipped with four boilers:
Two are used for the preparation of the first dishes;
One for the latter;
Another – for cooking hot drinks.
As the name is clear, the KP-130 is designed for 130 people.
An important advantage of this model is the presence of her oven operating on different fuel – both solid (firewood, coal) and liquid (oil products, gas).
Thus, the field kitchen KP -130 is a more functional option with a small price difference. However, if your needs are not very great, then the KP-125 is quite capable of satisfying them.
