The advantages of laminated panels

  • May 23, 2017

Currently, many new products of construction and finishing material have appeared on the market. These include laminated sheets from calcium silicate, which are an analogue of drywall. As a rule, these panels are used to install suspended ceilings and partitions.

The lime material that is part of the sheets belongs to the class of non -combustible materials, due to which it has high refractory properties. It is for this reason that it can be used for fire retardant systems. In addition, during a fire, the material does not distinguish any harmful and toxic substances that can cause even greater harm to a person.

Laminated panels have a very strong structure, especially compared to drywall or plywood, so they are not subject to deformation and do not change their properties when exposed to adverse effects of the external environment and high humidity. The panels on the outer wall of the building allow high insulating and thermal characteristics to install the panels.

This building material is also used for interior decoration of premises, since it does not contain toxic and carcinogenic substances. One of the main advantages of laminated panels, which is important, is resistance to fungi damage, mold and insect exposure.

Calcium silicate panels – universal material withstanding drilling, wallpaper gluing, grinding, drilling, cutting, cladding (tiles or wooden panels) and not only. With proper operation, the panel will not lose their properties and retain their characteristics, delighting you with an excellent appearance.

Almost all the owners of apartments and private houses are afraid of the repair work of the heating system. Most of these works are associated with a difficult replacement for metal pipes. But if you use polypropylene heating pipes, then the repair of the heating system is greatly simplified.
